As we have been living in our home for the past year or so, we have become more and more aware of what a great job you did in building it. It is a constant joy to see the quality of the materials and the excellence of the work.

As you know, we have previously built three houses and a condominium project. This venture was certainly the most successful in terms of schedule, cost, and low stress. You finished on time, at the agreed on cost, and that in spite of the fact that you upgraded much of the finish material.

Actually, there was no stress on our part. We thoroughly enjoyed working with you, and Darin and Tim. You have a good crew and your subcontractors were excellent.
