Your employees are great and we can't say enough good things about Gunter and his artistic ability. You and Gunter did an outstanding job on the stair railing and balcony, which continues to amaze our friends who have seen it.

Your subcontractors were all very skilled and professional. You deserve a lot of credit for assembling such a great team.

You are very detailed and it was very easy to understand your original bid to build the house and the monthly payment requests which detailed all costs and compared them to the budget. Consequently, it was easy to stay on budget and you did an excellent job of communicating change orders and the cost of potential changes to the original bid. I especially appreciated your Microsoft excel schedules that could then be e-mailed. You really kept the costs on target and the few changes we made were really worth the money. You were very helpful in providing alternatives to our change order requests and the costs involved.

Therefore, we would recommend you highly to anyone considering building a house. The quality of your work and the ability to keep costs reasonable make you an excellent contractor. You have done a tremendous job and we have really enjoyed working with you.
