It seems almost impossible, but it has been almost five and a half years since we moved into our new house. I am sure you hear from your clients that have real or imagined problems. The thought occurred to us that it might be a nice change to hear from a truly satisfied customer. The fact is that in all this time there have been virtually no problems involving construction methodology or workmanship, not so much as a crack in the drywall.

The only real problem we have is a smoky fireplace. As you may recall, it is a "see through" fireplace that both you and Tom warned us about Everything else has worked out really well and we were not only pleased the day we moved in, but five years later we are still enjoying our house as much as ever.

I should also mention that it was a real pleasure working with you. I am sure we tested your patience several times a week but you always took time to explain and never became exacerbated with our amateurish questions.

Again, thank you for a wonderful house and we wish you continued success.
